Delivery locations

Our standard delivery service is within mainland United Kingdom (England, Wales & Scotland). For deliveries and associated charges to other locations (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight), please contact us to discuss.

Delivery charges

All grills delivered to a mainland United Kingdom address incur a £50 delivery charge, while the stand incurs a £20 delivery charge within mainland United Kingdom when ordered separately.

Delivery terms & conditions

By purchasing your SpaceGrill and/or accessories using our standard delivery service, you will be agreeing to our delivery partners’ terms and conditions (read on for important matters to be aware of). If you would prefer a different delivery service, please contact us to discuss a suitable paid service.

Delivery times

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday during usual business hours.

Delivery partner

Our 2-burner models and accessories are all delivered by Parcel Force (or comparable parcel delivery services), with delivery typically within 2 to 3 working days of orders being placed.

The SpaceGrill  3-burner models are delivered by Pallet Ways on a 2-day service. Due to the total packaged weight being slightly more than 30kg, delivery is on a pallet. The driver will only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible, which may only be kerbside. Insurance restrictions mean the delivery driver will not be able to carry the SpaceGrill up or down steps, through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Our delivery partner is also unable to remove items from the pallet or obligated to take the pallet away.

Damaged or missing items

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. We also need emailed to us photos clearly showing the damage. On receipt of the photographs we’ll organise a replacement for the damaged part.

As you might expect, we won’t be liable if you request a ‘non-signature’ service, or give written instructions to leave goods in a ‘safe’ location, and the goods are subsequently lost or damaged.

Availability

We always strive to process your order immediately and without delay, although this is obviously dependent on stock availability. The product page will indicate what stock availability is (either ‘In stock’ or ‘Out of stock’).

In stock: If the product is in stock it is ready for immediate dispatch and delivery will take place within 3-5 days of the customer’s payment order to the bank.

Out of stock: If the product page indicates that the product is out of stock, there is an option of requesting a notification when the item is once again in stock.

Contact details

We ask that you provide a telephone or mobile number along with the delivery address so that you can be reached during the day. If you do not receive contact within 3 days of payment being received, please contact us.
