We’re aware that in some countries people aren’t used to using a hotplate, and while we always do our best to explain how great they are, we do offer a second chef-grade grill as an accessory for those who would prefer to replace the hotplate with a grill. This includes a flame tamer, which stops cooking juices landing on burners and causing flare ups.
