To assist you, we have set out below our returns policy for purchases made through our online store.

SpaceGrill will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where the product:

  • is faulty or is not of merchantable quality
  • is not fit for its intended purpose
  • does not match the sample or our description

If the product is determined to be faulty and cannot be repaired on site, Space Grill will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

Space Grill reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Please retain your receipt

In order to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a product that you purchased from the SpaceGrill online store, you must have clear proof of purchase. Your original SpaceGrill receipt is the best form of proof of purchase.

SpaceGrill will make every effort to locate transaction receipts through our system if proof of purchase has been lost or misplaced. Bank or credit card statements will only be accepted if the amount on that statement directly corresponds to the amount at which the product in question was purchased. If multiple items have been purchased as part of a single transaction this will affect your ability to establish proof of purchase.

If you cannot present your SpaceGrill online store invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase, SpaceGrill does reserve the right not to offer a refund or exchange. No refunds will be given on free or bonus items.

Note:

  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
  • Refunds will not be provided for the purchase of gift cards
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash

Change of mind product returns

Space Grill offers a refund if you have a change of mind in the following circumstances:

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase at your own expense
  • You produce your original SpaceGrill receipt at the time you return the item
  • It is unopened and unused, and remains in its original condition and packaging complete with instruction manuals and accessories

If these requirements are not satisfied SpaceGrill reserves the right not to offer a refund for change of mind returns.

SpaceGrill will process any refund that is due as soon as possible and never more than 30 days after you returned the item to us. Please note that if you have purchased using a credit card we will not refund the credit card charges we have incurred to process your payment.

Defective goods and warranty claims

If you believe your product to be defective, or that you are entitled to a replacement under warranty, please don’t return the item to us. Instead let us know by emailing  ukinfo@space-grill.com with some photos showing the problem, and a short description telling us what went wrong and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. If you are experiencing operating difficulties with any product, please contact us directly for assistance. Your enquiry is important to us and you will receive a reply within 48 hours.
